Library Search or Library Website error message
A few users have reported to have received a browser error message when searching on Library Search. If you are experiencing similar problems, then please select this link for guidance on solutions and alternative services. You can also share your experience so that we can investigate the situation in more detail.
Nexis: Feature not Authorized
If you are trying to access NexisUni but encounter an error message stating that, "Feature not Authorized". Then please try to access the resource by using the alternative route from the catalogue record.
Taylor & Francis e-Books
Some users have reported issues with accessing Taylor & Francis e-Books.
We have contacted Taylor & Francis to report the issue. However, there is a workaround. If you access Taylor and Francis directly, then you can log in and authenticate using the Shibboleth option.
