Postgrad Hub closed: 2 July – 24th August
As you may have heard, The University of Warwick is excited to be hosting over 6000 athletes and officials this summer, while they train and participate in the Commonwealth Games. To help accommodate them, we will be closing the Postgrad Hub between the 2 July and 24 August. Find out more.
There’s no need to worry about finding a desk however, as these summer months are much quieter than the rest of the year, so the main Library will provide you with a choice of study spaces suited to your needs, be it large tables for group work in the collaborative areas, or individual study desks in the quiet zones. Additionally, there is an area on the floor 3 extension which is set-aside purely for Postgrad students. Check live availability.
The Library’s Community Engagement Team will continue to run PG Tips throughout this period within the main library – this is a chance for PGs to take-a-break and meet our PG Mentors and other PGs, ask questions and discuss anything about life at Warwick (we provide the drinks and snacks).
And finally, don’t forget, our PG Mentors also keep an eye on our ‘Ask a Postgrad’ forum, where you can ask any question to the Warwick Community for help and peer-advice, so you need never feel alone or separated from your PG Community.
Please see further information about how the library supports PGs.
See parking on campus during this time.
We’ve recruited a student newsletter team. They’ll be bringing you twice termly newsletters via a takeover of the Warwick Student newsletter and we’ll be posting some of the content in this Library news feed. Select the ‘takeover’ tag to filter student content.
