Click and Collect request

Please use this form if you would like to make use of Click and Collect but are unable to use the Click and Collection functionality in Library Search.

The main Library building is open for study, browsing the collection, self-service loans, book returns, or access to other Library services. If you wish to minimise your time in the Library and are an external member of the University (SCONUL Access or visitor) or would like Library staff to pick your items for you, please use Click and Collect.

  • The service is currently for books only
  • Request up to 5 books at a time. If you need more than 5 books please contact library at warwick dot ac dot uk to detail what you need. Library staff can then provide an appropriate timescale as to when these will be available to collect
  • Books will be available to collect from the holds/click and collect area, Floor 1 next to the Short Loan collection, open 24hrs
  • Once your books are retrieved, you will receive a confirmation email detailing how to collect your books safely from the Library. Please do not arrive at the Library before receiving this confirmation
  • We will aim to have your collection ready as soon as possible, please allow up to 48 hours
  • Books will be held for you for 4 days
  • Please ensure all fields in the form below are complete for each book. You can copy the details from the Library catalogue
