Intercultural Awareness Workshop
Join us for this highly enjoyable and interactive workshop: part 1 of 3 of the Intercultural Training Programme.
This first workshop explores cultural influences, attitudes and behaviours, and includes a variety of intercultural activities and discussions. You may find this workshop especially useful if you are seeking to understand, communicate and build effective relationships with those from different cultural backgrounds. No previous experience or knowledge is required.
The workshop leads onto some short supporting online modules and reflective activities that give you the opportunity to build your intercultural knowledge and reflect on your learning and experiences, followed by the part 3 workshop, which looks at Intercultural Competence in more detail and how it can be harnessed for your future employability. Upon completion of the whole programme, you'll be entitled to claim a certificate (if you're a postgraduate student) or for remarks to be added to your transcript/HEAR if you're an undergraduate student.
Attendance at this workshop will also contribute 1 point towards the Warwick Award.
If you have any queries about this workshop, please use our contact form.
