Study Happy

It's important that we take the time to look after ourselves when we're studying. On this page you will find a handful of resources to help you study happy during the most stressful times of your student life.

Quick Tips

  • Take small breaks while you're studying. A good method which can help is the Pomodoro Technique which we use in our Write Here Write Now and Revise Here Revise Now sessions.
  • Make sure you stay hydrated. There are water fountains on every floor so do use these to your advantage.
  • Take the time to relax during this stressful period. You can head into our Breathing Space to sit in our comfy seats, read books from our Leisure Reading Collection and listen to soothing lo-fi.
  • Eat well with nutritious meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks to keep your brain fuelled throughout the day. All of which can be achieved with food and meal prep. You can find recipe books to help in our Leisure Reading Collection.
  • Find productivity tools to help you organise your time and studies efficiently.
