Undergraduate Coordinator (CAS/History/Visiting Students/Overseas Programmes)
- Administration for History Literature and Cultures of the Americas (CAS) and History with particular regard to online module registration on MRM; Tabula, updating the website and any other duties as required to support the degrees - preparing exam papers; mark entry; providing documentation for exam boards.
- Administration support for the CAS/History Year Abroad programmes and the Venice programme for students going abroad as part of their degree. Support for the Visiting students in the History Department. Attend briefing meetings, preparations for the application process for History students wishing to spend a year abroad; work with the Director of Student Experience responsible for the programmes.
- Finance - reimburse travel costs and expenses related to the year abroad programme and the CAS Degree; assisting with travel bookings, raising and processing purchase orders.
Students who wish to change their module registration, and students from outside the Department (including exchange students) who wish to register for modules, should contact the History Departmental Adminstrator.
