This seminar will be spent discussing the policy position paper due in week 10. We will talk about exactly what is required for this assignment, and I'll offer advice on how to approach researching and writing the paper.

No readings are assigned for this week. However, you are strongly encouraged to study the instructions for the policy position paper that I've posted on the website before the seminar. Start thinking about which scenario you might tackle, and come to class with any questions you have about this assignment.

This is perhaps the single most important seminar of the term, so please resist the temptation of thinking that reading week has begun early!!
