CPD Co-Design Project
What are your goals as an educator? What Support do you need to achieve them?
How do you want develop your teaching practice as your career progresses?
Join in this co-design project and help to shape the future of teaching-related professional development at Warwick.
We are looking for teaching staff to take part in a 90-minute workshop, online or in person, with colleagues from their faculty. A range of dates are available.
Participants will share their perspective on learning and teaching, their current and future development needs, and their preferences relating to CPD; explore the design space for teaching-related CPD at Warwick; and begin to sketch out ideas for future professional development provision.
Contributions to these workshops will inform a longer participatory design project. Workshop participants will be invited to stay in touch and take part in later stages of the project.
