Warwick Postgraduate Colloquium in Computer Science 2019
The Warwick Postgraduate Colloquium in Computer Science is an annual student-run conference aimed at showcasing all the research done by the PGR students working in Computer Science, the Centre for Discrete Mathematics and its Applications (DIMAP) and the CDT in Urban Science and Progress. The event is free for all participants. Staff are encouraged to attend as much of the event as possible, in order to provide valuable feedback to participants. This year's event will be held in the Mathematical Sciences Building.
Submission are welcomed from all research students at Warwick, regardless of home department, working on topics in computer science, discrete mathematics, data science or urban science.
Submission Information
Attendees may choose between submitting an A0 poster or a presentation (10 minutes plus 5 minutes Q&A). Poster submissions must include a PDF of the poster. Presentation submissions do not need to include the slides of the presentation. PhD students who started their research between June 2018 and May 2019 are required to submit a presentation. MSc Research and PhD students who commenced their research after May 2019 are not required to present but have the option to do so. Attendance is expected from all PhD students.
All submissions are expected to contain new content. It is acceptable to modify an existing poster or presentation for the submission, such that it contains new and up-to-date information on your chosen topic.
This event has ended. Stay tuned for details about WPCCS 2020!
