Third Year Computer Systems Engineering MEng 2026/27

The normal load is 120 CATS credits. Students are required to take three core modules and 60 CATS credits selected from the list of optional modules below, at least 45 CATS credits must be from List A, and the minimum of 45 CATS credits should not comprise all CS or all ES-coded modules. Students may take up to 30 CATS of unusual options.

Progression to the final year of the MEng requires an honours classification in the third year. Students who fail to achieve this will be assessed for a BEng/BSc Computer Systems Engineering.
