The Department of Computer Science offers an Enhanced Conference Support Award to all staff and PhD students.

We provide a bursary of up to £350 to cover extra care costs (e.g. extra childcare costs) that an individual will incur in order to attend an essential conference/workshop/training event.

Our offer is an extension of the University-wide commitment to offer £200 for such events, and has been extended to include all staff and PhD students. Applications can be submitted to line managers via the same form, and will be 'topped up' by the department.
