Registration Form

Once we have confirmed your booking, you will receive an e-mail detailing final costs and venue for your room. Hotel bills are to be settled in person upon checkout, we will collect the workshop fee from you during meeting registration.
We will use your arrival/departure dates as the basis for on campus accommodation bookings. Please let us know if your requirements change, as cancellation charges apply.
