Online Participation

We are pleased to offer online access to “The Fate of Neptunian Worlds: exploring demographics, atmospheres and evolution”
workshop for those who are unable to attend in person.

Platform

The workshop will be hosted via Microsoft Teams, where a dedicated channel has been set up.

Access

  • You will be able to watch all talks live and submit questions via the chat function in the Microsoft Teams links provided. For anonymous questions, we ask participants to use the Slido links.

  • Poster presenters will upload digital versions of their posters in advance on the Teams channel, and we will host short poster “pop-up” talks so online participants can follow the poster sessions.

  • Slides for each talk will be made available after the workshop, where the speaker has given permission.

Guidelines for online participants

  • Please keep your microphone muted unless invited to speak.

  • Use the “raise hand” function or the chat box for questions during talks.

  • Ensure you are logged in with your full name so we can identify participants.

Time Zone

The workshop runs on UK time (BST). Please adjust accordingly for your local time zone.
