In collecting and further processing your personal data [information that relates to you] the University is a controller of your personal data.
We process your personal data for the following purposes of registering administering and facilitating your attendance at TCM2022 on 16th June 2022.
The lawful basis for processing your personal data is to enable us to fulfil our obligation where we have a contractual relationship with you under a contract and where we have obtained your consent (consent in relation to dietary requirements).
We will keep your personal data for one month after this event.
You may exercise rights in respect of your personal data. These are the right of access to it, to rectify inaccurate information, to restrict processing or erase personal data, to object to our processing of it and to transfer it to another controller.
