Wafaa Elmezraoui

Wafaa Elmezraoui started her PhD in 2018, she is investigating the relationships between personality types, ICT use and work-life balance.

Prior to starting her PhD, Wafaa worked for the HR department at Henkel in Dubai for over five years where she led several roles from admirative HR, e-learning, succession planning and HR business partnership. Wafaa also worked as a trainee lawyer in Morocco specialising in civil law.

Wafaa holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University in the United Arab Emirates, and a bachelor’s degree in Law from Mohamed V University of Morocco.

Wafaa is the student representative in IER and has gained teaching experiences in Warwick Business School as sessional tutor and is keen to develop her teaching and research skills.

Research interest:

ICT use, personality types, remote working, work-life balance, work-life enrichment.
