Labour market analysis
This study aims to produce and review a number of labour market assessments which provide a clear understanding of performance, skills and workforce development challenges faced in a sector, the potential solutions to address these, and compelling arguments to encourage employers to optimise their investment in skills. This project is being undertaken in conjunction with the Institute for Employment Studies. Outputs from the study will include the production of targeted information packs for specific segments of the labour market; a review of labour market assessments by Sector Skills Councils (SSCs); and thematic analysis based on the information packs.
