Employer investment in STEM apprenticeships

The study, funded by the Gatsby Foundation, assessed how the financial risk faced by employers when investing in STEM Apprenticeships might be mitigated in some way. If employers are not convinced that they will be able to recoup the cost of their investment in STEM Apprenticeships, then this is likely to limit their participation in this form of training. The study looks at how that risk can be reduced.
