Five Centres for Doctoral Training to be funded by the University of Warwick
Five Centres of Doctoral Training (CDTs) in maths and stats, diamond technology, analytical science, future mobility technologies and Computer Science will be funded by the University of Warwick in partnership with industry to keep investing in science and engineering.

Dr Saumarez Smith was an advisory editor and key contributor to the update.
Warwick and Coventry 2 of 30 universities to sign new Civic University Agreement reaffirming local commitment
The University of Warwick has reaffirmed its commitment to Coventry, Warwickshire and the West Midlands by pledging to put the economy and quality of life in the local community in the list of Warwick’s top priorities. Warwick joins 30 other institutions (also including Coventry University) in committing to produce a “Civic University Agreement” in partnership with local government and other major institutions.
