Our research in Education Studies is delivering real world impact.

In addition to our various long established research areas - such as childhood, religion and society, and special educational needs and disability and early years’ education, our research areas have further diversified into new areas including social justice, education policy, higher education across the globe, drama and theatre education, and creativity.

Policy makers, schools, charities, theatre companies are just some of the non-academic groups engaging in our research. We are also using digital tools and innovative approaches to generate impact that has reach and significance.
