The data you enter into this form will be sent to the CovenTRY CollaborACTION Knowledge ExCHANGE University of Warwick Operational Team. We will store your information for up to 5 years following the end date of the project, which is June 2025. We will use the information to understand how and why you want to connect with us etc. Your form will be stored electronically, in a shared folder that all members of the project University of Warwick Operational Team can access.
