The Coventry Culture Shift Programme is a partnership between Coventry City Council and the University of Warwick, exploring the role of culture in the urban future.

Running parallel to and feeding into the refresh of the city’s cultural strategy through the Culture Change Coventry partnership, the programme is identifying, exploring and testing pressing and critical issues through academic research, international case studies, online debate and artists’ residencies in the city.
