Funding Opportunity Workshop: 'Opening up the Environment 2025' - Friday 17th January

COLAB2 are hosting a workshop around the new Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) funding opportunity- 'Opening up the Environment 2025'.

This hybrid event will take place on Friday 17th January from 1pm - 3pm, in-person in the Oculus, room OC1.02 and online via Teams (link provided after registration).

This hybrid event is open to staff involved in research at all career stages. We encourage anybody interested in the call to attend, whether you are intending to develop an application, or if you would simply like to hear more about the call.

This workshop will include:

  • An introduction to the call by Prof Cagatay Turkay, Centre for Interdisciplinary Methodologies.
  • A general Q&A session.
  • An introduction to the visualisation tool (COLAB1) by Dr Feng Mao, Global Sustainable Development.

  • Opportunities for networking and discussion of potential project ideas.
