The University of Warwick is aware that our students are increasingly interested in the diversity of graduate recruiters and other organisations with whom they consider pursuing a career. As an institution, this is very important to us, and underpins the work we do to ensure all Warwick students are enabled to reach their potential and realise their career aspirations. Reflecting the importance of workforce diversity, this year we are asking all organisations whom we look forward to joining us on campus for large-scale events, to respond to some questions about the diversity of their staff complement.
