Sector Events
Sector events bridge the gap between careers fairs and employer presentations, focusing on specific sectors which are of particular interest to our students here at Warwick.
This targeted programme runs during both Autumn and Spring terms, with a variety of sectors represented and features both face to face and virtual events. We are presently working on the programme for Autumn and Spring 2023/24 and will release information as soon as possible.
The programme of events for Autumn term 2022 included:
Business, Finance and Consultancy - Professional networking lunch
26th October 2022, 12 noon - 2pm, Central campus

The Business, Finance and Consultancy professional networking lunch unites organisations from the Banking, Insurance, Accountancy, Actuarial and Consultancy sectors with ambitious students eager to become the next commercial high-flyers. This event provides you with an opportunity to promote your organisation and opportunities, and connect directly with some of our most talented and highly skilled students who are keen to impress!
The networking lunch provides a more formal and professional setting for students and employers to connect, with students encouraged to showcase their skills and business focused approach whilst exploring their career options.
This event will engage students specifically from WBS and Economics and will be marketed with the support of both academic departments, but will also attract students from other degree disciplines seeking a career within these sectors.
