Options in Engineering

Central campus - Wednesday 1st November 2023, lunchtime

Our Options in Engineering Sector event is designed purely for companies within the Engineering and Manufacturing sector who are seeking to recruit students studying Engineering and other related degrees, and it is therefore marketed heavily to these student groups.

We work extremely closely with the department of Engineering to ensure that this annual event is scheduled at an appropriate time in the academic calendar and seek to involve a range of Engineering firms across all disciplines to attract a diverse student audience.

The event takes the format of a ‘speed networking’ event, encouraging informal discussion with students and you are encouraged to bring along your exhibition stand and materials and representatives able to talk in depth about career opportunities offered, their own career paths and challenges and rewards of working within this sector.

A maximum of 10 employers attend the event so places are in high demand and will be allocated by the Employer Connect team.

There is no charge for organisations, or alumni wishing to attend the event to talk with our students
