Sustainability Careers Week

Sustainability is a hot topic. It is a broad area that cuts across many employment sectors – not just environmentally focused jobs but also those within retail, finance, engineering, charity and the public sector and many more!

An increasing number of Warwick students are passionate about pursuing careers that answer their sustainability concerns and positively impact people and planet.

Sustainability Careers Week will give employers an opportunity to raise their profile to students across all year groups and disciplines, highlight your organisation’s work and focus within this area and connect you with a highly talented pool of candidates.

Throughout the week there will be an opportunity to get involved in skills development workshops, panel discussions, sector insights and our online sustainability recruitment fair providing an engaging platform to explore and promote opportunities in sustainability and green industries.

Engage with a wide range of organisations, passionate individuals, and industry experts committed to driving positive change in environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

Virtual Sustainability Careers Fair: Thursday 6 March

With increased focus on sustainability and environmental issues, the number of opportunities to build an impactful career in this space is growing.

Our virtual sustainability careers fair aims to help students explore the wide array of opportunities available that focus on sustainability and that may align with their own ethics and values. Students will gain insights into entering various roles and organisations and be able to interact with employers through this real-time online interactive event.

The virtual fair delivered through CareerFair Plus will include:

Bookable one to one video appointments via video link to connect with students
Virtual Drop in rooms offering face to face virtual chat in a group setting
An opportunity to host a webinar highlighting important themes within this area, tackling challenges, or showcasing your initiatives

The event promises to be an engaging and lively forum through which you can help inform and educate our students and show how your organisation is supporting sustainability and change.

The event is open to employers across all sectors with an interest in driving positive change in sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
