To approve: Central PGR Scholarship nomination quotas for the faculty’s constituent departments and schools.
To recommend: To PRS-SWAG faculty recruitment priorities for Central PGR Scholarships, including where individual scholarships* are to be aligned to projects, research grant/fellowship bids or external match funding.
*Noting that university match funding larger programmes such as training grant bids will continue to follow the Major Proposal Process.
To receive: From the Doctoral College Department and School nominated Central PGR Scholarship applications for faculty assessment.
To report:
- To the Doctoral College completed faculty nominations.
- To Faculty Steering Committees any relevant Central PGR Scholarship matters.
- To PRS-SWAG Any other faculty matters relating to Central PGR Scholarships.
