- Export as iCalendar
Location: Microsoft Teams

This session focuses on issues of scholarship in STEM writing. We will look critically at when and how citations should be used in STEM papers, who or what should be cited, how to gauge the volume of citations required, and the concept of self-citation. In this session, we also consider some strategies for paraphrasing technical passages to avoid source matching. This session will be of particular interest to students who are currently writing a literature review as part of an upgrading report or research paper.
