Join your peers for a summer walk to Kenilworth!

We're meeting on campus to take a scenic footpath through the fields to Kenilworth. There, you'll have time to explore Kenilworth with its pubs, parks, and its castle, and then make your own way back to campus. We're looking forward to meeting you and will be happy to provide tips and ideas on what to do in Kenilworth.

Accessibility information: The walk follows the Connect2Kenilworth footpath. It is around 3.5 miles long and we usually walk at a slow pace, so we are expecting to reach Kenilworth town centre within ca. 2 hours. Most of the surface of the path is paved/concrete, with some shorter sections of compacted soil. There are no turnstiles and the route is step-free. From Kenilworth town centre, there are several direct buses e.g. to campus, Coventry, or Leamington Spa. After ca. 2 miles of walking, there also is the Woodland Road bus stop where you can also take a bus (11) back to campus, Coventry, or Leamington Spa if you prefer a slightly shorter walk.
