Festival PGR Representatives

PGR Festival 2026 PGR Representative Application

We are seeking to recruit a diverse pool of PGRs to join the PGR Festival 2026 working group.

Please be aware that we are ONLY currently recruiting Faculty of Arts & Humanities PGRs, we thank all STEM and Social Science PGRs for their interest and we look forward to your interactions and contributions to the Festival through other vehicles.

This year's celebration of PGRs will be held on Mon 15 JUN 2026 in the Oculus.

The working group is a collaboration of the PGRs, Doctoral College & PGR supporting staff from across the university.

It is essential to have a strong PGR voice represented during the planning stages to ensure the success of the Festival, therefore if you have enthusiasm and creativity to celebrate our PGR community we are excited for you to join this working group to shape this year's celebrations.

Commitment

The working group will be meeting once a month for approximately one hour in the lead up to the Festival and once after.

PGR representatives are not expected to attend every meeting, please complete your availability and you will be invited to a selection.

Compensation

PGR representatives will receive a Warwick Food & Drink Voucher (£15) per meeting attended.
