Eren Delaney, Digital Preservation Specialist
Eren works on digital preservation at the Modern Records Centre. This involves accessioning, appraising, cataloguing, maintaining and making available digital archive collections held by the MRC.
Lizzy Goodger-Allin, Collections Engagement and Outreach Officer
Lizzy works on increasing the engagement with the archive collections through work with schools, community groups, colleagues across the University and other higher education institutes.
Sarah Hughes, Outreach and Education Co-ordinator (Mining the Past)
Sarah Hughes is working with the recently transferred archives of the National Union of Mineworkers, developing a range of resources and events based around the collection.
Carole Jones, Customer Services Archives Assistant
Carole Jones works in customer service both front of house and behind the scenes in document production and returns, provides a reprographics service for researchers and clerical and administrative support for the MRC team. She also assists with digitisation projects and with the processing and listing of incoming archives.
James King, Senior Archivist
James King is primarily concerned with the acquisition, accessioning, processing and cataloguing of archive collections, and also has particular interests in the researching and writing of administrative histories and the identification of genealogical data in the MRC collections.
Rachel MacGregor, Digital Preservation Officer
Rachel MacGregor leads on digital preservation especially in relation to accessioning, appraising, cataloguing and maintaining digital archive collections held by the MRC.
Lizzie Morrison, Archivist (University Archives)
Lizzie Morrison has responsibility for the day-to-day management of the University Archive.
Jamie Orton, Digitisation Assistant
Jamie works on digitising archives and Special Collections to make available to as wide an audience as possible.
Martin Sanders, Senior Archivist
Martin Sanders contributes to the acquisition, processing and provision of access to the Centre’s archive holdings through liaison with document owners, production of finding aids, advising users, answering enquiries, and contributing to outreach work. He has been particularly involved in the digitisation of our audio-visual holdings.
Naomi Shewan, Archivist
Naomi Shewan is concerned with accessioning and cataloguing collections, answering enquiries, and supervising the searchroom. She also contributes to outreach work and exhibitions, and assists with digitisation projects.
Liz Wood, Project Archivist (Mining the Past)
Liz Wood is working on the recently transferred archives of the National Union of Mineworkers. The three year project will involve appraising and cataloguing the collection, and working with colleagues to develop resources to improve public access to some of the archive's key sources on British 19th and 20th century social and labour history.
