MOVEmber, is an annual event dedicated to raising awareness of men’s health issues. Help us make a difference by getting involved with Movember events and offers this November.
Black British Pioneers: Now & Then
The arts have always been a vessel for self-expression across the ages: a tool for remembrance, community building, joy and resistance. This film programme is a celebration of the Black British Pioneers within performance and visual arts, showcasing archival works as well as contemporary films and holding space for discussions between curators, archivists and storytellers.

Warwick Food Group - Recipe Competition
Is there something you'd really like to see on the menu in our university-run food outlets? This is your chance to make that happen! Warwick Food Group are inviting you to share recipes that remind you of home, a cultural celebration or just a favourite dish. Winning dishes will feature on our menus and / or during relevant cultural celebrations, with winners receiving a £50 voucher to spend in our cafes and an invitation to attend a celebratory lunch with fellow winners.
Play Mario Kart Wii with a live band in Fusion Sports Bar
Come and play Mario Kart to live music in Fusion Sports Bar and raise money for Movember UK. No tickets needed but we ask for a donation of £2 to watch and £3-£5 donation to play.
This Girl Can
This Girl Can is a national campaign celebrating women being active no matter how they do it. The campaign celebrates active women who are doing their thing no matter how they look, how well they do it or how sweaty they get. We will be celebrating women in sport and inspiring all Warwick students and staff to try something new or get back into physical activity through a week of beginner friendly sessions
Warwick Christmas Lectures
Join Ally Caldecote and some of our favourite scientists, mathematicians and engineers from the University of Warwick who are leaving their labs to entertain, inspire and amaze audiences. Bring your family and friends, pull on your festive jumper and join us for an evening of mind-boggling science and explosive experiments!

Christmas Lights Switch On
It's the most wonderful time of the year and we can't wait to kick off the festive season by turning on the Christmas Lights with you! Come along to the Piazza to indulge in festive treats, sing along to Christmas music, crack on with your Christmas shopping at the market, and more.
Mid-week communion
Join the Anglican and Free Church Christian Chaplains for a short communion service.
Play with Clay
Get ready to mould and shape your imagination with this air-drying clay workshop. Explore different hand building techniques, including coil building, and learn how to create different patterns and textures using found materials.
Emily will guide you every step of the way with tips on how best to make useful objects like bowls, trinket dishes, pen holders or just let your imagination go wild and create your own sculptural form!
Labyrinth Light Trail
Join the Chaplaincy to walk the candlelit Labyrinth for a time of peaceful reflection as we embrace light in the midst of darkness and enjoy hot chocolate and festive refreshments. The Labyrinth can be found behind Senate House. Wrap up warm, as this is an outside event. All are welcome!

Come and walk the candlelit Labyrinth for a time of peaceful reflection as we embrace light in the midst of darkness and enjoy hot chocolate and festive refreshments. The Labyrinth can be found on the green space behind Senate House and close to the Chaplaincy and the Islamic Prayer Hall. Wrap up warm, as this is an outside event, and all are welcome!
Jazz Friday
Warwick Arts Centre are delighted to bring back the weekly foyer programme of live jazz, hosted by The Aaron Moloney Trio. As always, this event also features an open jam session for local musicians in the second half. Come and Play! From this Autumn special guest professional jazz musicians join sessions on the first Friday of each month.
Open Mic Words & Music Autumn 24
Our Open Mic sessions are open to everyone. If you’re a singer, instrumentalist, poet, MC or any other kind of musical performer then this is an opportunity for you. You can sign up for Open Mic in advance to guarantee your space, just fill in this form. Or turn up on the day too!
Weimar 100: Der letzte Mann

Stitched Together
Let’s get together and stitch together! Join artist Rumbi Savanhu as she invites you to play with applique, embrace embroidery and get to grips with quilting to piece together a fun, bright and playful piece of art.
You can also choose to use your artwork to customise bags or clothes with tips and advice from Rumbi. This the perfect workshop to learn new stitching skills in time to create beautiful festive decorations and gifts for loved ones!
Seasonal Makers Market
We're delighted to host our second Seasonal Makers Market this December, featuring an array of independent, local traders, selling handcrafted and sustainably made items. Accompanied with festive live music in the foyer.
Ratpack: A Swinging Christmas at the Sands
The stars of ‘The Rat Pack - Swingin’ at the Sands’ will be bringing the ultimate Christmas party to the UK this festive season following a sold-out show at the West Ends’ Adelphi Theatre last December.
University Carol Service
We look forward to welcoming you at The Chaplaincy for our special candlelit service of carols and readings for Christmas time. We are joined by The University Chamber Choir, and the service will be followed by mulled wine, mince pies and other festive refreshments. All are very welcome!
