New year resolutionsAccording to statistics January is the busiest job hunting month of the year. It’s also the time we all make resolutions about changes in our life, whether it be relationships, health and fitness, hobbies and interests or education. More people enquire about gym memberships in January but not many see it through to February. Maybe exercising your mind has a lifelong benefit which can bring about lots of rewards; meeting new friends, finding new confidence and new interests and expanding your knowledge. Perhaps even leading to new career opportunities.

Mindfulness spring and summer courses now open

The Centre has been offering a range of popular mindfulness courses for a number of years and will continue to in 2018.

You can learn about the benefits of mindfulness and well-being, its many applications for both every day and major moments in life. We are offering 10-week Mindfulness for Everyday Living courses both online and classroom based and a classroom based Cultivating Mindfulness 10 week course, for those who already have some previous experience of mindfulness.
