Coaching is even more important than ever before. Coaching has the power to develop individuals, to support people through change and uncertainty, help them achieve more, to be more contented and support wellbeing, enhance the performance of organizations and sustainably change society as a whole.
At Warwick, we believe in the philosophy of ‘coaching for all’, and so you may be a line-manager or entrepreneur wanting to develop your leadership skills by taking a coaching approach, a management consultant or already a practicing coach. You may be a teacher, a doctor, a lawyer, a voluntary worker or a HR professional wishing to introduce a coaching culture within your organization. Coaching is for all of you… we are here to help unlock your potential.
During my 20 years of coaching, I have not found a more powerful way to help change individuals. When I was coached for the first time over 25 years ago, it fundamentally changed my life and started me on the journey which still excites me. I am passionate about coaching and it is a power for good, to change individuals, organisations and society as a whole.
Ian Day, Course Director, Coaching Program
Coaching is unlocking a person's potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn, rather than teaching them.
