CLL Hardship Fund

CLL Hardship Fund

The University is aware that the rising cost of living is likely to be particularly affecting the CLL's students due to the additional responsibilities many mature students have. As a result, the CLL has been provided with a pot of money to support its students with short-term costs which they may be struggling to cover through the establishment of a CLL Hardship Fund.

The CLL Hardship Fund is in addition to the University's wider 'Support with the Cost of Living' package that also exists.

Applicants to the CLL Hardship Fund are required to confirm they have contacted the University's Student Funding Team to discuss the financial challenges they are experiencing and support available.

To apply for the CLL Hardship Fund, please complete all sections of the application form.

Part of the form will require you to submit an AP2 form. Please select the relevant form depending on your current bank account.

As the CLL Hardship Fund is designed to help with difficulties in covering immediate costs whilst longer-term support is put in place (e.g. from the Student Funding Team), the maximum amount each student can receive is £200. Students can only receive funds from the CLL Hardship Fund once per academic year (October 1st - July 31st).

If you have any questions about the CLL Hardship Fund, please contact the CLL Student Engagement Coordinator, Sam Walton (Sam.walton@warwick.ac.uk).
