Induction and Support Schedule 2024/25
If you are arriving in September, you will receive emails from the Warwick Welcome Week team to all of our induction events. If you are arriving in January, you will receive an email from the History Department regarding your induction. For your information, the key events are listed below:

Module Allocation and Registration
Visiting students based in History will have had their history module allocations confirmed via email over the break. If you wish to change your modules, please email historyoffice@warwick.ac.uk stating your preferred choices (and including reserve choices in case your chosen module(s) are full) If you wish to change your modules to a higher level than those you have been allocated, please contact the History Office for prior approval.

Beyond the Department:
Visiting students based in departments other than history should email historyoffice@warwick.ac.uk stating their module preferences and reserve options in case preferred modules are full. Please note that this can only be done after arrival at Warwick, and that choices may take several days to confirm.
Assessment and Deadlines 2024/25
- Full year students taking 30 CATS modules will complete the same assessment as home students
- Students visiting for just one term should only enrol on 15 CATS modules. Any visiting students on a 15 CATS module will complete the same assessment as home students.
- All assessment deadlines will appear in your Tabula profile, under Assessments. The deadline map can be found hereLink opens in a new window.
Personal Tutoring
All students at Warwick are assigned an academic member of staff to act as their personal tutor. The personal tutor for all visiting students in the History Department is Jonathan Davies, Director of International Mobility.
