Get your questions about studying at the DCS answered

Choosing a university is obviously, a very important decision and you want to make the choice that is best for you. Throughout the year, you can engage with live chats hosted by our department and get your questions answered by students and staff. Having trouble deciding on which degree course to pursue? Want to know more about our facilities? What are our optional modules like? Sign up to one of the live chats below, and you can have all these questions answered by the academics who teach the courses and the students who are currently studying them.

What's a live chat?

A live chat is your opportunity to find out more about our range of computer science based degrees. Our live chats will be managed by staff and students from the Computer Science Department. These sessions are open to all, and enable UK, EU and international prospective students to ask questions relating to the courses we offer.

Who am I messaging?

Each undergraduate live chat is administered by an academic member of staff who teaches Computer Science. At the beginning of the live chat session, the academic member of staff will introduce themselves to you, to make sure you know who you're speaking to.

What questions should I ask?

You may want to find out more about the modules you might study, assessment methods, studying abroad and other opportunities available beyond the classroom. If there are current students on the chat, it's a great opportunity to get their perspective on the course, department and living at Warwick more generally.
