This year, following WPCCS, there will be a meal provided at Gusto Oven and Bar. On the day of WPCCS there will be a few printed menus available to view during the breaks and a form to fill in indicating the food you would like to order.

In response to the submission forms, the table at Gusto has been booked for 14 people and if you didn't indicate that you would be attending the meal with you submission could you please let me know as soon as possible so that the booking can be amended to reflect this.

The after-event meal has traditionally been a very good opportunity to discuss each others research in a more casual environment and it is hoped that this years meal will be very much the same.

The cost of the WPCCS meal will be subsidised by the department and currently there is no reason why the meal will not be fully funded by the department. However, the cost of drinks will not be covered by the WPCCS budget and these will need to be purchased separately.
