Submitting to WPCCS'23 Winter
Abstract Submission
Attendees should submit an abstract of their work (max 150 words) and present their work on the day of the conference (max 10 minutes for oral presentations or lunchtime for posters).
- A speaker may choose either oral talk or poster as their presentation format, but not both.
- Oral talks and posters are expected to contain new, novel content such as a result or a method from latest research, or interesting research problems if the speaker only started their PhD recently.
- Resubmission is allowed before the submission deadline.
- All abstract submissions will be reviewed by the WPCCS 2023 Winter Review Panel and given feedback to ensure accessibility to a general audience in computer science.
Abstract resubmission is now open at LinkLink opens in a new window until 26 Nov.
Once all submissions have been received and feedback sent out to all authors, the presentations will be allocated to different sessions and the schedule will be made available. Speakers have the option to modify the abstract before the final schedule release.
On the day of the event, prizes will be handed to the best presentations in each session and the most creative presentation overall. The most creative presentation is elected by all attendees on the day of the conference.
Presentation Submission
For oral presentations, we encourage speakers to send their slides prior to the event due to IT restrictions in some rooms. For posters, speakers must submit a landscape A0 poster in PDF one week prior to the event to allow time for printing. A separate upload portal will open for oral and posters on the "Schedule Release" date. See Presentation Submission Guidelines for details.
