Expert paper: Ambition 2020 skills, jobs growth, lot 4: information, advice and guidance

The objective of this project was to produce an expert paper which reviewed how ICT could be utilised both in careers services for young people and adults, especially for the delivery of labour market information. The project was commissioned to provide information to address the UKCES’ interest in how technologies are being used to deliver labour market information in public and commercially-based careers information, advice and guidance services and what opportunities might exist to exploit the potential of Web 2.0 technologies in the delivery of services.
