If you have any questions or would like to discuss any aspect of this please contact or or speak with the interviewer before you start the interview.

3. I understand that data collected during the study may be looked at by individuals from The University of Warwick or regulatory authorities assessing the quality of our research. I give permission for these individuals to have access to my data for this purpose. (required)

5. I agree to the interview being recorded (required)
6.If the interview is held using MS Teams, I understand that I have the option to turn the camera off. (required)
