Transferable skills across economic sectors - role and importance for employment at European level: national coordinator
The overall aim of this project is to identify transferable skills and their role and importance with regard to employability, adaptability and occupational mobility of people in the labour market. The national co-ordinator will provide support for a European-wide survey which is designed to: identify transferable skills by sectors, groups of sectors and profession; identify the instruments, tools and methods used in companies and administrations to facilitate occupational mobility through the development of transferable skills; and to analyse the role, involvement and level of cooperation between the different players involved in the development of transferable skills.
