How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

About CENTS

"Linking academic creativity and industry insight, we will create solutions to reduce the environmental burden of transportation systems across their lifecycle."

The Circular Economy Network+ in Transportation Systems (CENTS) is a research network for the sustainable transport community, with a focus on enabling regenerative resource cycles through circular economy principles.

As part of a forward-looking strategy, CENTS is looking to actively engage leading industry, academic and policy experts to develop future designs, business models and manufacturing approaches so that emergent transport systems are inherently circular.

CENTS is funded by the EPSRC and led by WMG at the University of Warwick (Prof Kerry Kirwan; Sustainable Materials), Cranfield University (Prof Mark Jolly; Sustainable Manufacturing), the British Geological Survey (Dr Evi Petavratzi; Mineral Commodities), the University of Surrey (Prof Richard Murphy; Life Cycle Assessment) and the University of Cambridge (Prof Steve Evans; Industrial Sustainability).

We would like to invite anyone with a professional interest in using research to reduce the environmental burden of transportation systems during their lifetime to join us and help enrich the conversation.

On 12th January from 09:00-12:00, we will be holding a virtual conference where you will be able to join like-minded peers in building momentum towards a circular economy enabled vision for sustainable transport.
