Public Engagement Fund 2018/19
The Public Engagement Fund is now open for applications for the 2018/19 academic year. The purpose of the fund is to support small projects, act as a contribution/ pilot fund to support a larger project, or support the purchase of equipment to be used in future public engagement events. You can apply for up to £1,000 per project.

Cancer research and global health initiative - closing date 20 June
GCRF funds have been made available to all our research boards and panels to support proposals that qualify under Official Development Assistance (ODA). Proposals must be led by researchers based at a UK higher education institution or at an eligible independent research institution. In addition, we support research areas that can benefit from developing/establishing collaborative networks with LMIC-based partners through targeted GCRF pump-priming awards.

The Warwick Research Development Fund (Strategic Awards)
The call for the 2018/19 Research Development Fund (Strategic Awards) is now open, with a deadline for applications of Thursday 7th June 2018 to warwickRDF@warwick.ac.uk
The purpose of the Strategic Awards is to increase the University's capacity and capability to undertake world-class, innovative and exciting research by providing pump-priming funds. Projects should ideally be of an inter- or multi-disciplinary nature and must show clearly that they will lead directly to future bids for external funding.

Faculty of Medicine RDF Development Awards
The Faculty of Medicine will receive £20,000 of Research Development Funding for development awards. The purpose of this fund is to help researchers to pump-prime bids for external funding. So if you need help for example in hosting a workshop to disseminate results or funding a feasibility study, this is great opportunity in getting some extra funding.
