Help & Support
The Academic Technology team provides more than training and technical support - although of course we do that too. We work with you to develop your online teaching and learning practice, design and deliver online assessment and surveys, create research visualisations and more. We recommend taking a look at some of the projects we have worked on to see the scope of what and how we can help you, or get in touch to discuss your needs with us.

Departmental Contacts
Departmental contacts act as a channel between us and the department they represent. They are usually staff with responsibility for Moodle and our other tools who have been nominated to act as a contact for the department. We work with them to support their department, understand needs and requirements and plan future developments. Departmental contacts disseminate important information on issues, updates and new features to their departmental colleagues. Departmental contacts are also members of our ‘Super User Group’ forum.
Extended Classroom (TEL) Forum
The TEL Forum is a collaborative space for colleagues across the institution who have an interest in the use of technology to support teaching and learning. It is an opportunity to share practice, network with colleagues, showcase new development and ideas and work together. The forum welcomes speakers from across the institution and all disciplines.
Training
The Academic Technology team provide both synchronous (live) training sessions and self-study courses which can be studied at your own pace. Our current offering covers the most commonly-used academic technologies at Warwick: Moodle, H5P, Vevox and Mahara.
