Stress and Anxiety workshop

This two-hour session is a valuable opportunity for all PGRs to gain a deeper understanding of stress and anxiety during their postgraduate studies. The workshop is designed to provide practical and theoretical strategies that can be immediately applied to manage these challenges, offering a path to a more balanced and fulfilling academic journey. Join us over MS Teams on the 03rd of June between 15:00 and 17:00 (3 pm till 5 pm).
