From procrastination to perfectionism, this workshop explores the many forms of self-sabotage and offers practical strategies to help you be more productive. The session will use guided reflective thinking to help you identify your personal self-sabotaging behaviours. It will also consider a range of practical strategies to change those behaviours through individual and small group experiential exercises. |
