(Resolved) Click and Collect fault
There is currently an issue impacting click and collect requests placed on Library Search, and Classic Catalogue. Requests can be placed as usual, however the request data is not connecting to the Library Management System. The issue has been reported to supplier for an urgent fix. Until the matter is resolved the click and collect service is unable to run. An alternative request system is available at the hereLink opens in a new window.
