Our news feed contains information about new resources, newly catalogued or acquired archive collections, current and upcoming projects and events, and service developments.
Information about past work at the Modern Records Centre is included in our annual reports and information bulletins (available online from 1996/7 to 2016/7). Recordings of several past events are also available - the student-led Open Education Series, 2014-2016, and the schools project Archives Alive, 2016.
During Term 2, student curators were working hard to create an exhibition on mental health provision over the past century - 'Mind Matters' - to be displayed at the Modern Records Centre. The Coronavirus closure has of course prevented the physical exhibition (which would have opened this week) but we're pleased to be able to share the contextual information that the students produced in preparation for the display, together with information about events planned to accompany the opening.
We would like to thank the students for their hard work in planning 'Mind Matters'.
