Suffragettes, Stereotypes, Voices and Votes: exhibition at the MRC

Our new exhibition ‘Suffragettes, Stereotypes, Voices and Votes’ features sources on the Suffragette movement and women’s changing role in society from the 1920s to the present day.

Documents on display include two circulars by leading British women's rights activist and key figure in the Suffragette movement Emmeline Pankhurst.
